The ideal candidate holds a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, Pr. Eng with ECSA, and 7+ years in municipal water projects, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration with ECSA.
• At least 7 years of experience in project engineering in water and wastewater.
• Experience managing large municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic modeling and water/wastewater processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project and design software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all phases of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, treatment plants, and pumping stations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these objectives.
• Ensure designs and construction activities comply with all relevant standards, regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Supervise site teams and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and safety.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and financial statements for clients and management.
• Contribute to tendering and assist in securing new projects.
