Interwaste (Pty) Ltd, East London and Port Elizabeth Branch, is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and drive new business while maintaining key client relationships.

The role requires a results-driven salesperson with travel flexibility, a solid understanding of waste management, and the ability to align with our sustainability-focused mission and strategic goals. You will report on performance and contribute to market insights across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• 3–5 years in waste management advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of South African environmental regulations and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Acquisition of new business and adhoc work in line with sales strategies.
• Meeting sales revenue targets and performance measures monthly.
• Generate monthly revenue and activity reports.
• Develop and manage a viable pipeline in line with revenue targets.
• Pricing and profitability assessment of new and existing contracts.
• Contract negotiations.
• Tenders submissions.
• Contract renewals.
• Resolution of customer complaints and liaising between operations and customers.
• Debtors’ collections as required by debtors ageing analysis.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
