Job summary

Clicks Group's United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD) Lea Glen branch seeks a Warehouse Supervisor (Credit Returns) to manage inventory and oversee picking, packing and dispatch. The role reports to the Department Manager and requires willingness to work shifts.

The successful candidate will have a 3-year degree or diploma, at least 3 years in a supervisor/manager role, and solid inventory control experience in FMCG distribution. Competitive market-related remuneration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor/manager role in operations.
• 5+ years in management.
• Strong inventory management and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise picking, packing and dispatch functions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and SHEQ policies.
• Manage stock counts, cycle counts and bin checks.
• Oversee inventory control for Wholesale and Distribution.
• Lead staff performance, training and discipline.
