Job summary

Clicks Group is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor (LG Wholesale - Cross Doc) to oversee inventory, picking, packing and dispatch at the Lea Glen branch in Roodepoort. The role reports to the Department Manager and requires strong planning, discipline and teamwork to ensure accurate stock control and timely order fulfillment.

You will manage daily operations, maintain SOP compliance, monitor performance, and contribute to safety, quality, and cost-efficiency initiatives in a dynamic FMCG supply

Qualifications

• 3 year degree or diploma in supply chain.
• 5-10 years' experience in supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise picking, packing and dispatch functions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SHEQ and QA.
• Manage capacity, cycle times, and staffing utilization.
• Monitor equipment uptime and maintenance reporting.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Oversee overtime, shifts, and fleet when applicable.
