Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Stock) to support stock control and administration at our KwaZulu-Natal operation.

The role requires a Grade 12 matric, a degree (BCom Supply Chain preferred), strong Excel skills, and at least 3 years in a factory or warehouse admin environment.

You will work with Safety reps, assist with material control, conduct weekly stock takes, update production schedules, and maintain QC/ISIR related records.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and a degree (BCom Supply Chain preferable)
• Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essential
• At least 3 years experience in an administrative position within a factory or Warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Safety Reps and the HSE Coordinator to ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies
• Assist Material Controller with control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the department
• Conduct accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumables
• Manage reconciliations and data capture for raw material control
• Update efficiency schedules daily and production schedules weekly
• Perform general administrative duties for Production Team Leader and Executive
• Update register of NCQR and CFARs for monitoring trends and statistics
• Follow up on DRM actions and ISIR requests
