Job summary

Profile Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, distribution and inventory in King Williams Town. The role entails reporting on warehouse activities and personnel on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

The successful applicant will hold a degree or diploma in Stores or Warehousing with 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience and at least 3 years in a similar role, with tiling experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Stores or Warehousing.
• 5 years Warehouse/Logistics experience including core knowledge and skills.
• 3 years’ work experience in similar area.
• Tiling experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records of receiving and distribution of goods.
• Daily, weekly & monthly reporting of warehouse activities and personnel.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain minimum required DOH stock.
• Outbound order management.
• Coordinate picking & sequencing of specified parts from warehouse to production.
• Follow BOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management.
