• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

• Ensure standardization of systems and procedures.
• Oversee stock returns and adherence to POD and COD invoice processes.
• Ensure adherence to ISO9000 and ISO14001 policies and procedures.
• Control costs and highlight variances.
• Maintain monthly forecasting of warehouse costs and transport usage.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse and transport operations.
• Participate in the cross-functional transport committee.
