Job summary

Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore is seeking a Waiter to deliver exceptional guest service within our vibrant Food & Beverage team. You will anticipate guests' needs, support service operations, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

Experience in food and beverage is helpful but not essential; a positive, can-do attitude, strong communication, and ownership of duties are required. You will work with IT systems across platforms to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced hospitality

We are currently seeking a Waiter to join our vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore. At Radisson Hotel Group we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Your pivotal role: anticipate and meet guests' needs, support the department and bring your A-game every day to ensure our guests experience the best.

• Supports the smooth running of the Food and Beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
