Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric.
• 1 year Restaurant/Food and Beverage experience.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Full knowledge and hands‑on POS experience
• At least 1 year’s experience in a Fine Dining Establishment
• Well‑groomed and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Above average guest services skills
• Flexible and able to work shifts
