Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in VoIP and Unified Communications engineering.
• Hands-on experience with leading UC platforms such as Cisco UCM, Microsoft Teams Phone System, or Avaya Aura.
• Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, H.323 protocols, and network requirements for real-time communication.
