Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a VoIP Engineer to join a fully remote technical team. You will design, implement, manage, and support our VoIP infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

You will work on PBX, gateways, SIP trunking, and unified communications, collaborating with network and admin teams while supporting end-users and teams in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Extensive experience with VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP).
• Proficiency with leading VoIP platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk).
• Strong IP networking, QoS, and security knowledge.
• Experience with unified communications and contact centers.
• Ability to work on multiple projects remotely.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
