Qualifications

• Proven experience as a VoIP Engineer or in a similar telecommunications role.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, and RTP.
• Experience with major VoIP platforms and SBC vendors.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and QoS.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex voice communication issues.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Voice, Avaya) are advantageous.
