Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on VoIP engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, H.323 and other VoIP protocols.
- Experience with major VoIP platforms and SBC vendors (Cisco, Avaya, Teams).
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable VoIP systems and infrastructure.
- Manage call control platforms, SBCs, and voice gateways.
- Monitor and optimize voice service performance and quality.
- Develop security measures to protect VoIP infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP with business systems.
