Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient VoIP systems and related infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot call control platforms, session border controllers (SBCs), and voice gateways.
• Ensure the quality and performance of VoIP services through proactive monitoring and optimization.
• Develop and implement security measures to protect the VoIP infrastructure from threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VoIP solutions with other business systems.
• Document network designs, configurations, and operational procedures related to VoIP systems.

Requirements
