Placements24 is seeking a proactive Telecoms Systems Administrator for a fully remote role. You will manage day-to-day telecom systems, ensure reliability, security, and performance across VoIP, PBX, and related platforms from a remote location.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in telecom systems administration, solid networking knowledge, and experience with SIP and cloud-based communications. You will collaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecom systems administration or network support.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, PBX (Asterisk/FreePBX), and SIP protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication platforms.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Responsibilities
