Placements24 is partnering with a non-profit organization to recruit a Remote Program Coordinator focused on youth empowerment. The role involves planning, implementation and management of remote programs, coordinating mentors, volunteers and participants, and developing program materials.

The candidate should be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for youth development, ready to contribute from a fully remote setting in South Africa.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Non-profit Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of program coordination or management experience, preferably in youth development or education.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for remote settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with virtual tools (Zoom, Teams) and project management software.
• Experience supporting or working with young people is essential.
• Ability to work independently and virtually with a team.
• Passion for youth empowerment and social impact.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of remotely delivered youth empowerment programs.
• Recruit, onboard and support participants, mentors and volunteers.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, calendars and logs.
• Facilitate virtual program activities, workshops and mentoring sessions.
• Create and update program documentation and participant materials.
• Track participant progress and collect feedback for impact.
• Monitor program budgets and handle administrative tasks.
• Liaise with partner organizations and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on activities, outcomes and engagement.
• Troubleshoot issues during program implementation.
