Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Non-profit Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of program coordination or management experience, preferably in youth development or education.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for remote settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with virtual tools (Zoom, Teams) and project management software.
• Experience supporting or working with young people is essential.
• Ability to work independently and virtually with a team.
• Passion for youth empowerment and social impact.

Responsibilities
