Qualifications

• Proven experience in volunteer management, human resources, or program coordination.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for a remote work environment.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello) and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• A deep commitment to volunteerism and the mission of charitable organizations.
• Experience working in a remote capacity is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for recruiting, screening, and onboarding new volunteers.
• Create and deliver comprehensive remote training programs for volunteers on their roles and responsibilities.
• Manage volunteer schedules, assignments, and ongoing support through digital platforms.
• Foster a positive and engaging volunteer experience, encouraging retention and ongoing participation.
