Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Program Manager for a nationally focused youth-development nonprofit. You will lead a distributed team, oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of programs, manage budgets, and build strategic partnerships nationwide.

This fully remote role requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and a deep commitment to equity and youth empowerment. You will report to senior management and help shape scalable programs across regions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 6 years of program management experience, preferably in youth development/non-profit.
• Proven experience leading remote teams and delivering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of youth development programs.
• Manage program delivery including curriculum, resources, and participant engagement.
• Oversee budgets and ensure financial guidelines are followed.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a remote team of facilitators and staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools and community partners.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and evaluate impact.
• Prepare reports for senior management and funding partners.
• Ensure programs align with mission, values, and best practices.
• Facilitate online training for staff and participants.
• Stay updated on trends in youth development and non-profit management.
