Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies seeks a Virtual Coordinator to manage online orders for collection or delivery, ensuring timely processing across online, front shop and dispensary and adherence to SLA. You will coordinate across stakeholders and keep accurate records to optimize customer satisfaction.

Essential requirements include Grade 12 and 1–2 years in retail; a Diploma in Retail Business Management or eCommerce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Grade 12/Matric is essential.
Diploma in Retail Business Management or relevant preferred.
Experience in retail or eCommerce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Process virtual orders for collection or delivery within SLA.
Finalise waybill and dispatch delivery orders to meet SLA.
Maintain accurate process documentation and reporting.
Identify opportunities to streamline in-store fulfilment and dispatch.
Respond to email, delivery and system queries timely.
Report system issues per SOPs and ensure orders are picked/packed correctly.
Ensure orders are ready for collection or delivery as scheduled.
Execute purchases per Dis-Chem procedures.
Maintain department standards and propose improvements with management approval.
Provide regular feedback on order processes, fulfilment rates and SLA adherence.
Implement new operations communicated by Store or Head Office.
