Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking an Online Administrator for the Hemmingways store to support the Click & Collect operations. You will ensure orders are ready for collection and manage customer communications. Responsibilities include keeping records, reducing wait times, and reporting system issues to improve the online shopping experience.

A vaccine certificate and retail experience are required. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and time management within a retail

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric and vaccination certificate required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote superior customer relations for all Click & Collect users.
• Manage customer orders and ensure readiness for collection before the customer visits.
• Stay up to date with email and system queries and act accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of Click and Collect orders (received, picked, packed, released).
• Identify opportunities to reduce customer wait times upon picking at stores.
• Report system issues to enhance customer experiences.
• Correctly pick and pack parcels to avoid discrepancies.
• Resolve customer queries quickly and appropriately.
• Inform management of unresolved customer matters.
• Maintain regular communication with management and provide feedback on online operations.
• Implement new operations as required by management.
• Understand best practices related to Click and Collect in-store operations.
