Dis-Chem Pharmacies Hemmingways is seeking an Online Administrator to support the in-store Click & Collect system. You will ensure orders are ready for collection and manage communications and records for all online purchases.

Requirements include Grade 12, proof of vaccination, at least 1 year in retail, and proficiency with MS Office and internet browsers. The role offers market-related pay, medical aid, provident fund and staff benefits.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 / Matric required.
• Proof of Vaccination Certificate required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant retail environment.
• Computer literate – MS Office and Internet browser administration.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the ultimate superior customer relations experience for all Click & Collect users.
• Manage customer orders and ensure they are ready for collection before the customer visits the store.
• Stay up to date with all e-mail and system queries and act accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of all Click and Collect orders received, picked, packed and released to customer.
• Identify opportunities to reduce customer wait times upon picking at stores.
• Inform management of any unresolved customer matters.
