Job summary

Motus Audi Bryanston is seeking an Administrator - Service Advisor (Non-Technical) to provide administrative support to the service department, schedule appointments, coordinate service requests, and assist customers with their service needs. You will act as the interface between technicians and customers to ensure accurate records, timely updates, and cost-effective repairs.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or NQF 4 required.
• 2-3 years in automotive service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Basic technical understanding essential.
• Additional language would be an advantage.
• OEM group SA product knowledge.
• Internal procedures knowledge.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain records.
• Coordinate service requests with technicians.
• Provide customers with service updates.
• Assist with billing and invoicing.
• Handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate service transaction records.
• Assist with other admin tasks.
• Maintain service sheets, invoices, job cards, warranty claims.
• Ensure verbatim customer information is accurate.
• Maintain customer database with contact details.
• Assist dealership in upholding standards.
