Job summary

Fundwell in Johannesburg is expanding its sales team and seeks results-driven Business Development Representatives to prospect US-based business owners with outbound calls. This is a phones-first role with on-site work in Fourways on US hours (2:00 PM–11:00 PM SAST).

You will open conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the closing team, supported by coaching. Basic salary ranges from ZAR 10,000 to ZAR 15,000 with uncapped commissions, and a collaborative, high-performance onsite

Qualifications

• Previous sales or cold calling experience, B2B preferred.
• Clear, confident phone manner suited to a US audience.
• Comfort with high call volumes and a performance-driven environment.
• Strong rapport-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based business owners.
• Open conversations, build rapport quickly, and qualify prospects.
• Handle objections with confidence and keep prospects engaged.
• Book qualified meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and clear records in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and meeting targets.
