Fundwell in Cape Town is expanding its on-site sales team to engage US-based business owners with a high-energy outbound approach. You'll call prospects, cut through noise, build rapport, and qualify funding needs, steering opportunities through a proven process that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in outbound sales, telesales, call centre, or B2B sales.
• Clear, confident English that engages US business owners.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection on high-volume calls.
• Track record of meeting or beating targets.
• Eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Make 150–200 outbound calls to US business owners daily.
• Have real conversations with decision-makers, not scripted pitches.
• Identify genuine funding needs and match the right Fundwell product.
• Perform sharp, disciplined follow-up to convert maybes to yes.
• Maintain clean CRM notes to ensure no opportunities slip.
• Chase and beat daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
