Fundwell in Cape Town is expanding a new sales floor and seeks top closers who enjoy winning. You will close funded deals with US business owners, handling consultations and negotiations during US hours and leveraging warm leads. Expect a competitive base and tiered commissions with a launch bonus as you ramp up.

You’ll join a high-energy team on-site in the CBD, with real earning potential and clear paths to senior roles as the floor scales.

Qualifications

• Matric (essential); a tertiary qualification is a bonus
• 2+ years' B2B closing experience carrying a target and owning deals to the finish
• Fluent, neutral-accent English
• Able to work on-site in the Cape Town CBD on US hours (14:00–23:00 / 15:00–00:00)
• Clear criminal and credit record (financial services requirement)

Responsibilities

• Own the closing half of the sale — consultation, negotiation, close, and funding.
• Build trust with US business owners, structure the right funding solution.
• Handle objections with poise and get the deal over the line.
• Hit targets and earn based on funded deals.
