ATM Group is expanding its international Sales Development team and seeks Outbound Sales Development Representatives to build relationships with US hospitality and retail businesses. You will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and set in-person demonstrations for Account Executives, contributing to a high-performance, target-driven culture.

This role requires strong English communication, a proven sales mindset, and comfort working US-aligned hours from our Cape Town office.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or telesales and a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment-setting skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Comfort engaging with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage with prospective customers via outbound calls, email, and social selling.
• Target restaurants, cafés, bars, and retail establishments within ICP.
• Build relationships with owners and decision-makers to uncover opportunities.
• Conduct discovery to understand needs, challenges, and purchasing requirements.
• Qualify leads using BANT and secure qualified meetings for Account Execs.
• Schedule product demonstrations and in-person meetings where possible.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and pipeline activity.
• Work toward individual and team targets for outbound activity and meetings.
