Formación

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in upscale dining.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and wine pairings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue.
• Experience with reservation systems and POS software.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house.
