Qualifications

• Experience in managing high-volume, upscale dining establishments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Control operational costs, including inventory management, labor, and supplies, to maximize profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the establishment.
• Collaborate with the executive chef to refine menu offerings and ensure consistent quality.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover to optimize guest flow.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to staff.
• Maintain relations with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of quality goods.
