Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Property Development Manager to oversee projects in Upington, Northern Cape. You will manage all aspects from site acquisition through feasibility, design, construction, and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality standards.

The role requires strong project management, construction knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management abilities to coordinate with investors, authorities, and consultants within the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6+ years of property development project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering residential and/or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of development processes, construction methodologies, and regulations.
• Excellent budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of property development projects from inception to completion.
• Identify and evaluate development sites and opportunities around Upington.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis for new developments.
• Oversee land acquisition, due diligence and negotiations.
• Coordinate design and planning with architects, engineers, and consultants; secure permits and approvals.
• Appoint and manage contractors, monitor progress, budget, and quality control.
