Our client, a prominent property development firm with a growing presence in the Northern Cape, is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Development Manager to join their team in Upington. This role is essential for overseeing the entire lifecycle of development projects, from initial conception and feasibility studies through to construction, marketing, and final handover. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property development, project management, and a deep understanding of construction processes and market demands within the region. You will be instrumental in driving successful development outcomes and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in Upington and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
