Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Property Portfolio Manager to oversee its diverse residential and commercial assets in Upington and the Northern Cape. You will drive value through effective portfolio management, tenant relations, and financial oversight while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Portfolio Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the Upington and Northern Cape property market.
• Excellent financial acumen including budgeting, P&L, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee tenant acquisition, screening, leasing, and retention.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Handle rent collection, budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Develop strategies to minimize vacancies and maximize rental income.
• Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws, regulations, and policies.
