Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or corporate real estate.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes, due diligence, and legal documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate database software is advantageous.
• Experience in Northern Cape/Upington real estate market is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Source potential acquisition targets via market research, broker networks, and outreach.
• Perform financial analysis including DCF, pro forma, and comps.
• Conduct due diligence: inspections, lease reviews, title searches, enviro checks.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers.
• Prepare investment memorandums and present to investment committee.
• Coordinate with legal, lenders, and third parties for closings.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, developers, property owners.
• Analyze market data and trends for opportunities and risks in Upington.
• Support post-acquisition integration and asset transition.
