You will manage budgets and schedules, lead feasibility studies, coordinate with architects and regulators, and drive market-driven strategies to deliver high‑quality projects in the Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive Real Estate development experience.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate development sites and opportunities in Upington and surrounding areas.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling to assess project viability.
• Oversee land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and all necessary regulatory approvals.
