Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential development sites in Upington.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial viability assessments for new projects.
• Manage the entire development process from planning to permitting.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
• Appoint and manage external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including cost control and reporting.
