Job summary

You will engage customers professionally, identify needs, educate them on eChannels and self-service, complete transactions, and maintain accurate records while upholding FAIS, FICA and TCF policies. This role offers growth in a dynamic POP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support in financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and customer experience targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner and identify needs to provide banking solutions.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate them to digital/e-channels/self-service.
• Fulfil transactions and maintain accurate customer records in line with governance.
• Manage leads, referrals, and customer follow-ups within turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, and TCF in all interactions.
