Job summary

FNB in South Africa's Eastern Cape invites a Universal Advisor to join our POP team. You will deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch environment, while guiding customers to digital channels and self-service tools.

The role emphasizes ethical conduct, regulatory alignment (FAIS, FICA, TCF) and the ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of FAIS, FICA, and TCF requirements.
• Ethical, compliant, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers.
• Promote digital and self-service channels to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory compliance.
