Job summary

FirstRand Group's FNB POP branch seeks a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume environment. You will assist walk-in and existing customers with banking needs while promoting digital channels and self-service platforms.

You will be expected to uphold FAIS, FICA, TCF principles and governance, ensuring ethical conduct, accuracy, and customer-centric outcomes. This role emphasizes continuous learning and development within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and customer experience targets.
• Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Identify, sell, and cross-sell products aligned to customer needs.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate to digital channels.
• Fulfil transactions while delivering excellent service.
• Manage leads, referrals, and customer follow-ups within SLA.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with governance.
