The candidate will need 12+ months in SDR/BDR, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple conversations with senior decision-makers, all within a performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in an SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting role.
• Experience working with the UK market.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound cold calls.
• Reliable laptop, headset, and internet connection for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through phone outreach, social selling, and personalised email campaigns.
