• Sound knowledge of Health and Safety aspects in line with local OHSA legislation
• Strong Human Resources skills

Aufgaben

• Assist the Store Manager to develop, implement and manage a Store Business Plan aligned with Company strategy
• Grow and protect market share and achieve sales budgets by category
• Promote customer loyalty programmes and ensure efficient distribution of advertising material
• Support Customer Service strategy and maintain high Customer Audits
• Help manage stock control, shrinkage, PIC, stock takes and stock movement
• Assist with Debtors, Petty Cash, daily banking and cash handling
• Support HR activities including recruitment, training, succession planning and employee relations
• Ensure OHSA safety compliance and reporting of incidents
• Maintain merchandising standards and planograms
• Assist with store profitability and adherence to Company benchmarks
