Placements24 in South Africa is seeking an Area Sales Representative to cover the Mahikeng, North West region. You will drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires a proven sales track record, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field sales or Area Sales Representative role.
• Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base in the North West province.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the designated Mahikeng area.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory.
