Placements24 seeks a proactive Territory Sales Manager for the Mahikeng, North West region to drive sales growth and support a dealer network and direct customers. You will craft strategic plans, nurture farmer relationships, and promote our agricultural machinery lines.

The role requires proven sales capability in agriculture, excellent communication, and ability to meet targets. Travel within the North West region is expected, with a company vehicle and commission structure included.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling agricultural equipment or related industries.
• Knowledge of farming practices in North West Province.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Mahikeng territory.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales objectives for agricultural equipment.
• Manage and grow relationships with dealers and direct customers in the territory.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agricultural community.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to buyers.
• Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and training to dealers to ensure product expertise and sales.
• Attend agricultural shows and events to promote products and network.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
