CHEP in Cornubia, Durban seeks a TEMS Administrator to support customers and maintain strong relationships on a hybrid basis. You will handle account reconciliations, exchanges, and helpdesk tasks while coordinating with the Customer Contact Supervisor.

You will contribute to daily operations, ensure accurate documentation, and escalate issues per business rules. Experience in reconciliation, customer service, and Salesforce is valued; matric and a diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric and a Diploma essential.
• preferably studying towards a business-related degree.
• 3-5 years basic accounts and reconciliation experience.
• 3 years customer service experience.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, myCHEP would be an advantage; proficiency in Word & Excel is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely query resolution.
• Reconcile customer accounts, manage equipment balances, and ensure accurate processing of requests on systems like Siebel.
• Coordinate telephonic collection of pallets and manage EMS customer balances.
• Conduct site visits, schedule calls, and provide feedback to customers and Business Managers.
• Investigate and resolve queries from customers and internal teams with prompt follow-up.
• Provide electronic system support to the local client base including helpdesk duties.
• General office administration including switchboard, filing, and team projects.
• Serve as a backup for TEMS and other team members as needed.
