Job summary

CHEP South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a TEMS Administrator to act as the primary contact for customers, manage accounts, and support the resolution of queries. The role involves reconciliation, scheduling, and administrative duties to ensure efficient operations across CHEP's customer contact functions.

You will coordinate pallet collections, provide system support on Siebel, assist the Helpdesk, and back up TEMS and other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and customer service.
• Strong data handling and data integrity skills.
• Proven ability to engage customers and build relationships.
• Experience reconciling accounts and processing requests in Siebel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and foster strong relationships.
• Support resolution of customer queries and operational issues.
• Proactively manage customer accounts, scheduling and administrative support.
• Coordinate telephonic collection of pallets and EMS balances.
• Provide electronic system support and manage the helpdesk where applicable.
• Perform general office administration and assist team projects.
• Serve as backup for TEMS and other team members.
