CHEP is seeking a TEMS Administrator for our Brakpan operations. You will act as the primary contact for customers, resolve queries, reconcile accounts, and coordinate pallet collections to ensure smooth operations.

You will also support helpdesk functions and perform routine admin tasks to back up the TEMS team. You will engage with customers to maintain strong relationships, manage data integrity, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and account management roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Siebel or similar CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary point of contact for customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Support resolution of queries and operational issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively manage customer accounts, including reconciliations and scheduling.
• Coordinate telephonic collection of pallets and balance management.
• Provide electronic system support and assist with helpdesk functions.
• Perform general office administration tasks including switchboard and filing.
