Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist customers with product information, service requests, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution.
