CHEP is seeking a TEMS Administrator for our Pretoria operations. You will be the main customer contact, handling reconciliations, balances, and EMS movements, while supporting Siebel-based processes and helpdesk activities.

This role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, accuracy, and strong teamwork within a dynamic logistics environment. You’ll engage with customers to maintain high service levels, schedule visits, and provide feedback to Business Managers to optimize operations.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with account management and data handling.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary contact for customers, delivering exceptional service.
• Reconcile and manage customer accounts and requests in Siebel.
• Coordinate collection of pallets and manage EMS balances and movements.
• Conduct site visits, schedule calls, and provide feedback to customers and managers.
• Investigate and resolve queries with timely follow-up and adherence to recommendations.
• Provide system support and frontline helpdesk for local clients.
