Job summary

Optimi Learning is seeking dedicated Data Assistants to join the Client Engagement team. The role focuses on resolving client queries, providing clear feedback, and guiding users step-by-step across multiple platforms.

Strong communication and ICT skills are essential, with proficiency in Afrikaans and English and another SA language. Based in Centurion, the position requires deadline-driven individuals capable of handling high volumes and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Certificate in Client Support or similar.
• Grade 12 with CAT as a subject or proven ICT experience post school graduation.
• Computer literacy: MS Suite (Word, Excel).
• Computer literacy: ZohoDesk or similar advantageous
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English (written and verbal) and one other official South African language.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries timeously and effectively.
• Answer all inbound calls timeously.
• Provide clients with accurate and concise feedback.
• Provide step by step assistance.
• Adhere to client support schedule and break schedule.
• Master at troubleshooting on different platforms.
• Assign tickets where applicable in line with relevant teams, categories and requirements.
• Remain current with all system information, changes, and updates.
• Assist colleagues with work overflow.
