Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
• Track metrics: calls, time spent on calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails and tickets.
• Engage leads efficiently and effectively.
• Nurture leads along the sales funnel and follow up on high-converting leads.
• Maintain a balanced spread between high-value and low-value courses and aim for average contracted revenue.
• Manage cancellations from the sales department.

REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES
