Job summary

Optimi Learning is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join the Client Engagement team as Helpdesk Assistants. The role focuses on timely responses, accurate feedback, and decisive problem resolution to support clients.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate in Client Support or equivalent, Grade 12, and proficiency in MS Office. Afrikaans and English fluency, plus another SA language, will be essential for daily interactions. Centurion-based position.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Client Support or equivalent.
• Grade 12.
• Computer literacy: MS Suite (Word, Excel).
• Computer literacy: ZohoDesk or similar advantageous.
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English (written and verbal) and one other official SA language.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries timeously and effectively.
• Answer all inbound calls timeously.
• Provide clients with accurate and concise feedback.
• Provide step by step assistance.
• Adhere to client support schedule and break schedule.
• Troubleshooting of platforms.
• Assign tickets where applicable in line with relevant teams, categories and requirements.
• Remain current with all system information, changes, and updates.
• Assist colleagues with work overflow.
